Terms of Use
BuildOS is a hackathon prototype running on X Layer testnet. It has not been audited. Do not connect a wallet holding mainnet funds or use it for anything beyond testing.
No warranty
BuildOS is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, correctness of compiled agent logic, or reliability of the Signal Monitor. Agents may fail to trigger, trigger incorrectly, or behave unexpectedly. Don't rely on it for anything of real value.
Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrase
- You are responsible for reviewing any compiled agent config before committing it onchain
- Testnet OKB has no monetary value; do not attempt to use real funds with this product
Escrow
Agents with a payout may lock funds in a non-custodial smart contract (EscrowVault) rather than a BuildOS-controlled wallet. BuildOS cannot access, freeze, or redirect escrowed funds early — release is enforced by contract code once the unlock time you chose has passed. A 1% protocol fee is deducted on withdrawal. If a recipient does not claim funds within 90 days of unlock, the original depositor may reclaim them.
